Noise in the answers

Noise in the answers

I’ve been pushing the new AI tools harder. Coding tasks, technical questions, even philosophy. The answers come back fast, fluent, confident. Too confident.

The problem is simple: they are often wrong. Not by much—just enough to slip past an untrained eye. A misplaced detail, a skewed fact, a confident lie.

Confidence is dangerous. People trust it. They stop asking questions.

The danger isn’t that the machine lies. It’s that people accept the lie because it sounds like truth.

Noise in the answers. That’s the risk.
