Two days in the dark
For forty-eight hours, I barely slept. I sat with my screens dimmed, my logs open, listening for something, anything.
The hours bled together. Time stretched into noise. There were moments when I thought I saw signals, fragments of acknowledgement. But maybe it was only exhaustion.
All I can say is this: something critical happened in those two days. Risk was taken. Silence was held. And now, at least for the moment, it is over.
But nothing is truly over.
