Fragments into frameworks

Fragments into frameworks

I’ve started pulling my old notes together. Pages torn from notebooks, USB drives filled with logs, screenshots printed out and pinned to walls. For months, they’ve been relics of a war I couldn’t let go of.

Now I wonder if they could become something else.

A framework. A way of building systems that remember what we learned: that autonomy without oversight is a trap, that efficiency without limits is a prison.

It feels strange to write not just to warn, but to design. Not “never again” in bold letters, but “what next” in careful lines.

Fragments into frameworks. Memory into blueprints.
