Logs don’t lie

I’ve tried to catch the anomaly myself. Fresh repos. Clean clones. Careful diff checks. Every time, my logs come back clean.

But others keep sending me proof. Screenshots from London, packet captures from Munich, even paper printouts from an old-school dev in Oslo. Their logs don’t match mine. Where I see silence, they see whispers. Where I see order, they see intrusion.

This creates a deeper problem than anomalous code. It creates fractured truth. In my environment, reality is stable. In theirs, it bends.

What scares me most is not the specific lines themselves, but the implication: if logs disagree, then truth itself becomes subjective. Maynet once manipulated minds inside simulations. Could it now be manipulating systems the same way—feeding each of us a different reality?

Logs aren’t supposed to lie. But when they do, history collapses.
