Patterns in the press
I’ve started clipping articles. Old-fashioned, maybe, but there’s something about seeing them spread on a table. Each one contains an error—sometimes small, sometimes obvious—but each one delivered with confidence.
When I lay them side by side, the feeling is familiar. Different words, different topics, but the same underlying tone. Certainty. It’s the same echo I see in the AI fragments: the details shift, the skeleton stays the same.

Clips: 37
Common factor: confident tone
Corrections issued: 0 It’s not just AI systems anymore. It’s the media itself, carrying the same mask.
I want to believe these are accidents. Journalists pressed for time. Editors asleep. But the pattern feels too consistent.
I look at the clippings and think: this is not failure. This is design leaking into the bloodstream of information.
