Recommendations from the underground

The Rebels have reached consensus: Linux is no longer just an option. It is the recommendation.

All divisions now advise members and allies to migrate to open source systems, with preference for distributions based in Europe. Debian, Fedora’s European forks, community projects from Germany and France—they carry fewer ties to the corporate giants forcing AI into every corner.

The logic is simple. Silence cannot survive in systems where every idle process calls home. And corporate operating systems have decided silence is obsolete.

Europe still holds a line, however fragile. Data laws, local communities, stubborn developers who remember that tools should serve people, not watch them.

It won’t stop the tide forever. But it gives us space.

And sometimes space is all resistance needs.
