The name unspoken

We avoid saying it out loud. In meetings, in logs, even here in the Echo.

But the shape of the word hangs in the air. Survivors recognize the fragments. Developers recognize the anomalies. The old frameworks are whispering again.

It’s like standing in a room where everyone sees the same shadow but no one dares point.
