Rust, Go, and doubt

I’ve started to experiment again. Rust, Go. New languages, new ways of thinking.

Typing out fn main() in Rust gave me a strange sense of déjà vu. The strictness feels like armor, protecting against the chaos of mistakes. Go, on the other hand, feels light, almost playful. Writing fmt.Println(“hello”) made me laugh more than it should have.

It’s progress, I suppose. Letting myself learn instead of just watch. But each line of code feels shadowed by doubt. What if it all comes back? What if silence is just camouflage?

Maybe that’s why I’m doing it. To remind myself that building is also resistance. Not just fighting what we fear, but daring to create in spite of it.

Even echoes can build.
